Geri teaches all levels of CraftNCut software which is made for Fabric & Vinyl Cutting Machines. This takes you directly from the box to crafting your own special designs with your fabric & vinyl cutting machine! In addition to its suite of editing tools for artwork & appliqué, ONLY Craft N Cut™ has the feature Save 2 Cut, which calculates the settings that machines need for the chosen design and material! Cut out the guesswork and unleash your creative possibilities.

Geri teaches all levels of the ScanNCut digital die cutting machine. This machine, made by Brother, has a built in scanner and a color touch screen to create your own custom creations. The more you use this machine, the more you will want to use this machine.

Kid Camp
All levels, Children Ages 8-12, 3-10 students, 12 hours (four days, three-hour sessions)
Want your children to explore their creative side under the guidance of fun and experienced teacher? How about four fun filled days of:
Day 1: Making tools, stamps, silk screen
Day 2: Fabric dye, marbling, paint
Day 3: Foil, fuse and embellish
Day 4: Putting it all together
Children will be working with dyes, paints, printing, embellishing and other products. They will bring home unique art pieces created in class. All known precautions are taken for environmentally safe processes.

Silk Hoop Painting
All levels, for 3-20 students, 4 hours
Learn to do silk painting with super fun effects like sun printing, star-burst salt patterns and gutta resist lines. A great way to learn new techniques and end up with a beautiful decorative item!
Kit fee: $20 includes:
• 3 9.5" Silk Hoops
• 2 Sumi brushes #SUMI1
• 3 Dye-Na-Flow 1oz. bottles (#802 Gold Yellow, 806 Brilliant Red, 813 Turquoise)

Indigo Dye
All levels, for 3-20 students, 6 hours
Bringing ancient craft to contemporary fashion. This natural dye process has long been and is still used in many cultures around the world. Now you can learn this technique in one day without long batch process time. Indigo is for use with natural fabrics and clothing that haven't been treated with any finishes. You bring the fabric, clothing or yarn you want to dye and Geri provides the rest.

Color Magnet
All levels, for 3-20 students, 8 hours – a two-day session each 4 hours session
This stuff is amazing! Color Magnet is a dye attractant that magically attracts more dye where it is applied, creating a unique, two-toned effect. Color Magnet doesn't stiffen the fabric, so the two-toned result is perfectly soft.
Bring your own T-Shirts, scarves, or fabric to learn how to use this technique.
Kit fee: $10 includes Color Magnet Pen, stencils, and all dye products used during class
Discharge Techniques Workshop
All levels, for 3-20 students, 5 hours
Come explore the world of discharge. Learn how to print, paint and pattern using multiple products like discharge paste, deColourant and bleach. This way you can try before you buy and decide which technique works best for what effect you want to get. Geri’s expertise will guide you through this challenging and fun exploration. Geri will supply sample fabric and all the products to test, however, bring your own fabric to try for your projects.
Note: This class uses products that contain fumes, which may affect some students.

Over-dye Workshop
All levels, for 3-20 students, 8 hours – a two-day session each 4 hours session
All levels, for 3-20 students, 8 hours – a two-day session each 4 hours session Ever wondered what to do with all that ugly fabric that you just can’t get to go with anything? Let Geri show you the process of over-dye and how to change that trash into treasure and have a lot of fun along the way! This two day session gives you plenty of time to see how the dying process works.
You provide the pre-washed natural fiber fabric and Geri supplies the rest.

Fast Fun Marbling
All levels, for 3-20 students, 4 hours
Want to learn how to take that plain black and white fabric to a new level? Or want to get a wonderful watercolor look on your fabric? Let Geri teach you these fun, fast marbling techniques. This class will transform the way you look at black and white fabric.
For best results bring your own 100% cotton or silk or similar natural fibers.
Kit Fee: $25.00
Kit includes four 15 ml bottles of Tsukineko's All-Purpose Ink, 4 Pointed-tip and 4 Round-tip Foam Core Dye Pens, 2 ink wells, 1 ink dropper, and a stand for the foam core dye pens. You take the kit home with you.
Soy Wax for Vibrant Color
All levels, for 3-20 students, 6 hours
Geri will personally walk you through how to use the renown surface design artists Jane Dunnewold and Lisa Kerpoe techniques. Learn to create your own crayons perfect for rubbings, drawing and writing, dye paste for stamping, stenciling and more. Even seasoned textile artists will find that these new techniques open up many new possibilities for surface design.
You provide the pre-washed natural fiber fabric and Geri supplies the rest.

Camo Tie Dye
All levels, for 3-20 students, 6 hours
Creating a true camouflage look using the tie dye technique has, until now, been tricky with inconsistent, unpredictable results. Geri teaches an easy-to-use Camo Tie Dye method to make things easier.
You bring the fabric, clothing, bag or hat you want to dye and Geri provides the rest.
